Eligibility: To join the Affiliate Program, applicants must:
Application Process: Affiliates can apply through Al Rahming Photography’s official website. Al Rahming Photography reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.
Promotion: Affiliates are expected to promote Al Rahming Photography’s services in an ethical and professional manner, following all applicable laws and regulations.
Marketing Materials: Al Rahming Photography will provide affiliates with promotional materials. Affiliates must use these resources in accordance with the brand’s guidelines.
No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims regarding Al Rahming Photography or its services.
Commissions: Affiliates earn commissions for each qualified referral that results in a sale. The commission rate is based on the affiliate’s selected rank and is detailed in the program’s rank-based reward structure.
Payouts: Commissions are processed upon request once the affiliate account reaches the required minimum threshold of $20. All accumulated rewards must be withdrawn with each request. Payouts are available on business days, Tuesday through Saturday, between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Payment Methods: Affiliates may choose their preferred payout method, including PayPal, Island Pay, or bank transfer. Each method may have specific requirements, such as providing account details.
Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by submitting written notice to Al Rahming Photography.
Termination by Al Rahming Photography: Al Rahming Photography reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation with or without cause, with written notice.
Al Rahming Photography reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and it is their responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.
Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared by Al Rahming Photography as part of the program.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acknowledgment: By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, affiliates confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program.
