1.1 “Company”: Al Rahming Photography.
1.2 “Affiliate”: Approved participant in the Program.
1.3 “Priority Services”: High-commission services listed in Schedule A.
1.4 “Digital Invitation”: Unique, passcode-protected enrollment link issued by Company or Sales Lead.
1.5 “Sales Lead”: Company-authorized affiliate manager.
2.1 Participation requires:
Written invitation from Company/Sales Lead, or
Valid Digital Invitation (passcode expires 14 days after issuance).
2.2 Passcodes are one-time-use and non-transferable.
3.1 Priority Services: Flat-rate commissions (Weddings: [X];On−Location:[Y]).
3.2 Non-Priority Services: Tiered commissions (Level 1: X%; Level 2: Y%; Level 3: Z%).
4.1 Permitted with Authorization:
Paid ads (pre-approved via info@alrahming.com)
Sharing unedited Company creatives
4.2 Strictly Prohibited:
Clickbank/third-party networks
Creating original ads or altering Company assets
Cash payments
5.1 Payout Threshold: $[X] (adjustable with 7 days’ notice).
5.2 Processed weekdays 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST via bank transfer or PayPal/Kanoo App.
6.1 Only Company-provided assets may be used.
6.2 Unauthorized logo use triggers immediate termination.
7.1 Grounds include missed quotas (after 14-day cure period) or policy violations.
7.2 Terminated affiliates forfeit unpaid commissions and must remove promotions within 24 hours.
8.1 Mandatory steps: Email notice → Mediation in Nassau → Litigation in New Providence courts.
8.2 Governed by Bahamian law; class actions waived.
