Studio Rental Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using Tonya Alexis Studios, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Studio.

2.Booking and Payment

• 2.1. Bookings: Photographers must make reservations in advance through www.alrahming.com. Reservations are subject to availability.
• 2.2. Payment: Photographers shall pay all rental fees and any additional charges specified at the time of booking or at the time of receipt of electronic invoice. Payment shall be made via credit or debit card.

3. Studio Use and Responsibilities

• 3.1. Punctuality: Photographers must arrive and depart from the Studio at the scheduled times, ensuring prompt setup and teardown.
• 3.2. Cleanliness: Photographers are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized studio space. This includes cleaning up after each session and returning equipment to its original condition.
• 3.3. Equipment Use: The Studio’s equipment and props should be used with care to prevent damage. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.
• 3.4. Liability: Photographers assume all liability for their clients and their actions while in the Studio. Photographers must carry liability insurance and provide proof of coverage.

4. Security and Access

• 4.1. Access: Photographers will be provided with access to the Studio as arranged. The Studio owner reserves the right to deny or restrict access.
• 4.2. Security: The Studio owner may install security measures, including surveillance cameras, to protect the premises and equipment.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• 5.1. Cancellation and Refunds: Photographers may cancel their studio rental bookings, but must do so at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled rental time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund; instead, the photographer will receive credit for future bookings, subject to availability. However, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking start time will not be eligible for credit or refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

• The Studio owner disclaims any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur while using the Studio.

10. Changes to Terms

• The Studio owner may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Photographers are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

By using the Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
